| Gift Notification Program Registry: |
Gifts selected for registered couples are held in a separate gift account known as the Gift Notification Program. This account is maintained with their gift selections and purchasers recorded, but no physical merchandise held. At the specified time after the event, the couple will give final approval to their selections.
Purchasers of gifts will be informed that the couple has selected the Gift Notification Program and that they have requested delivery be at a later specified time. The couple will be notified of their guest's selections and the amount posted to their gift account.
For up to 90 days after their event, the couple will review all gift selections placed in their Gift Notification Program account with our registry consultant. During this time the couple has the option to modify their registry in any way, change patterns, quantities, items, etc.
If no modifications are requested after 90 days, at their scheduled completion appointment delivery will be arranged for all in stock items and orders placed for any selected items currently out of stock.
If modifications are requested and the entire balance is not used within 90 days after the event, Gump's will work with the couple to select items either from among the original items in their registry or additional items to complete their registry and close out their gift account. We will deliver their selections to them.
The Gift Notification Program account is a convenient way for the couple to manage their registry and choose Gump's merchandise. The Gift Account is for merchandise only and cannot be converted to cash.
After the completion meeting, the selections are considered Final Sale, and the Gift Notification Program is considered complete. Gifts purchased for the couple after this time are handled as Traditional Registry transactions.
