When Kristie Holdren signed up for an adult confirmation class at her church, she had no idea she was opening the door to a new and wonderful chapter in her life. By the time she was confirmed two months later, she could claim the cute, outspoken classmate who sat next to her as her boyfriend -- and never looked back.
Three years later, Kristie and Greg met again inside another church: the Mission Basilica at San Juan Capistrano, where they were married in a formal mass in front of their thrilled families and friends. The day was beautiful from start to finish in spite of some light showers, proving that rain on your wedding day IS lucky... but then, we wouldn't expect anything less for a match made in heaven.
