The couple exchanged vows on the beach beneath a beautiful arbor bedecked with roses, hydrangea, and orchids in shades that acknowledged the October timing of their wedding. Varying shades of aquamarine reflected the wedding's seaside theme in the bridesmaid gowns, while the stacked tiers of the couple's amazing wedding cake featured sweet details such as sugar starfish, shells, and a clever coral motif.
The formal reception boasted a particularly breathtaking backdrop -- the famed Scripps Aquarium in San Diego. Guests dined on sushi appetizers and a gourmet sit-down dinner while surrounded by brilliantly colored fish swimming lazily in the aquarium's glass tanks.
