Natalie Gomez and Christian Guzman had known each other since high school, but it wasn't until college that they fell in love. Eight years into their relationship, Chris took Natalie on a trip to Pismo Beach. After leading Natalie to a secluded beach below a beautiful cliff, he shared his feelings about their relationship; including that he couldn't imagine spending the rest of his life with anyone else but her. Natalie didn't quite believe what was happening until Chris got down on one knee and held up a beautiful engagement ring.
The ceremony took place at the Maria Lanakila Catholic Church, followed by a reception at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa. The bride was dressed in a gorgeous Monique L'huillier gown, and was overcome with emotion walking down the aisle with her father to the song "Over The Rainbow" by Israel Kamakawiwoole, and seeing Chris at the end of the aisle handsomely dressed in a Filipino barong. The flowers and decor incorporated green and white orchids, white linens, and bamboo canopies that gave a natural Zen feel. The day was like a dream, and it went without a hitch.
