How do I find out more about merchandise listed on a registry?
If you have questions regarding merchandise listed on a registry, please send us an e-mail at bridalinquiries@macys.com. For customer service assistance, please call Monday - Saturday from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
What is the status of my order?
You may view the status of your order online at any time to get the most up-to-date information. You may see the history of all of your online orders by logging into your account or you may access the status of a single order by entering the complete order number. When your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail regarding how your order was shipped (UPS or USPS).
Concerned about buying a gift on back order?
If your gift is not in stock at our Customer Fulfillment Center, we will notify the couple about the item you've purchased, and let them know approximately when they can expect it to be shipped. If that date changes, we'll keep the couple (and you) informed. Your credit card will not be charged until items have shipped. If you have questions regarding the status of an item that is on back order, you may check the status of your order online. You will be able to see the most up-to-date expected ship date.
