Our commitment is to offer convenience, service and product availability online at competitive prices every day.
Merchandise offered online on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered on macys.com. However, prices, promotions and selections offered on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site may differ from prices, promotions and selections offered on macys.com or in various Macy's stores.
Please note that prices and other promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at Macy's stores or on macys.com may not be applied toward purchases from the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site. Similarly, prices and other promotional offers (such as promotion codes, free shipping and bonuses) from the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site may not be applied toward purchases from Macy's stores or macys.com.
While you may purchase Gift Cards in Macy's stores and on macys.com, these Gift Cards may only be applied toward merchandise purchases made in Macy's stores, on macys.com and on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site. Gift Cards, as well as other certificates or awards issued by any of the Macy's stores (e.g., reward certificates, merchandise-only certificates and bonus dollars), may not be applied toward online purchases on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site.
"Regular" and "Original" prices are offering prices that may not have resulted in actual sales, and some "Original" prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken.
"Regular" and "Original" prices reflect prices at which merchandise has been offered on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site or macys.com, or in Macy's stores. When we use the terms "Original", "Closeout", "Clearance", "Now", "Permanent markdown", or "Just Reduced", that means the item has been permanently marked down and will not return to the original price. When we refer to a "Regular" price or "Our" price in connection with a promotional event, that means the item is being offered at a reduced price for the event and will return to the "Regular" price or "Our" price after the event. The terms "Everyday Value" and "Special Purchase" represent the everyday price of an item.
"Lowest Prices of the Season" on macys.com merchandise refers to four seasons per year, Spring (February-April); Summer (May-July); Fall (August-October); and Holiday/Winter (November-January). Prices may be lowered further during the season for clearance.
"Clearance", "Close Out" and "Special Purchase" offers are limited to stock on hand. When we offer clearance merchandise, as you might expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
