Returning items purchased at Macy's Wedding & Gift Registry:
Items purchased on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site may be returned for up to one year from the date of purchase. The Return Form/Packing Slip/Gift Receipt is required for all returns. Returns must be in saleable condition, never worn, used or altered, with original vendor packaging and/or tags. Returns are subject to approval.
You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment. If you are returning a gift, you may choose either a credit to an existing Gift Card, or a store merchandise credit. If you paid with a Gift Card(s), the debited amount will be credited to the card number(s), enabling you to reuse your Gift Card(s) towards future purchases online or in stores.
Special guidelines and restrictions apply to Sterling flatware, Special orders, Monogrammed, engraved or otherwise personalized merchandise, Arthur Court, Baccarat, Christofle, Daum, Hoya, Jean Couzon, Kosta Boda, Lalique*, Lladro, Nambe, Oneida Holloware, Orrefors, Swarovski, Waterford, Waterford Marquis and Wilton Armetale. Return/Exchange to any Macy's store:
You may return items purchased on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site to any Macy's store. Please return merchandise in its original box, and be sure to bring the Return Form/Packing Slip/Gift Receipt that accompanied the shipment. Items that are not carried as part of a store's current assortment may not be returned to that store, and other local store return policies may apply. Please contact the store you wish to return the item to for further information.
Return Macy's Wedding & Gift Registry items by mail:
You may return items purchased on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site by mail. Please use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience.
Please indicate on the Return Form the number of items you are returning and the reason for the return.
Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and ship it via insured USPS or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label.
Please retain the UPS tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account.
Your return my take up to 10 days for processing once we receive your return. We do not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error.
Exchange Macy's Wedding & Gift Registry items by mail:
You may exchange items purchased on the Macy’s Wedding & Gift Registry site by mail. You will not be charged for the shipment of your replacement item; however, your return shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made an error. Please use the Return Form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience.
Please indicate on the Return Form/Packing Slip/Gift Receipt the number of items you are exchanging and the reason for the return. Please provide any comments necessary for processing your exchange. If the requested exchange item is not available, please indicate your credit preference (credit to your Macy's account, existing Gift Card or Store Merchandise Credit).
Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and ship it via insured USPS or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label.
Please retain the UPS tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account. Your return may take up to 10 days for processing once we receive your return.
Special Return Guidelines and Restrictions:
Guidelines for returning Sterling flatware:
Sterling flatware must remain in its original sealed package to be eligible for return.
*Guidelines for returning Lalique:
All Lalique returns must be in the original manufacturer's box. In addition, all Lalique returns over $200 (excluding open stock stemware) must have the vendor return sticker affixed to the item.
Guidelines for returning special orders:
All special orders may be returned by mail. However, special orders that are not carried as part of a store's current assortment may not be returned to that store. Please contact the store you wish to return the item to for further information.
Monogrammed, engraved or otherwise personalized orders may not be returned:
Monogrammed, engraved or otherwise personalized merchandise may not be returned.
