Official "Dinner Is Served" Sweepstakes Rules

Promotion begins on July 16, 2002 and ends on January 28, 2003.
This sweepstakes is open to legal US residents who are 18 years of age or older as of 7/16/02, except employees (and their families) of the Conde Nast Publications Inc., All-Clad, Wedgwood China and Waterford Crystal. To enter, simply fill out an entry form at the All-Clad booth at a BRIDE'S In-Store event between 8/22/02 and 1/23/03 and give it to an All-Clad representative. You may also enter online by visiting brides.weddingchannel.com between 7/16/02 and 9/17/02. The dates, times and locations of all in-store events are listed in the current September/October issue of BRIDES Magazine. All mailed entries must be received by 2/5/03. Online entries must be received no later than11:59PM(ET) 9/17/02. Only one entry per couple permitted. Entries that are late, lost, postage due, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at sponsor or elsewhere will not be eligible. Sponsors also reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, or that becomes impractical to complete as planned, including by reason of force majeure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort. Winning couple will be chosen in a random drawing of all valid entries on or about 2/25/03 and will be notified by phone. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All decisions of the judges are final.
One Grand Prize winning couple will receive an elegant dinner party for eight that includes the following: an exciting menu provided by BRIDE'S, the services of a chef from a local restaurant (to be selected by BRIDE'S) to cook the meal in winner's home, a waiter to set the table, serve and clean up, a 10-piece All-Clad Cookware set (to be used for meal preparation and to keep), plus Wedgwood bone china service for eight in the "Sterling" pattern, and eight Waterford Crystal goblets in the "Crosshaven" pattern. Approximate retail value of total prize package is $3,500. The meal portion of the prize must be used by no later than 1/31/04 and is subject to availability of chef and scheduling.
All portions of the prize are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions for prizes except by sponsors in which case prizes of equal or greater value will be substituted. Sponsors not responsible for any liabilities, injuries, or losses resulting from acceptance/use of this prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent by winning couple to the use of their names, likenesses, and/or photographs for editorial, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited), Winners may each be required to execute Affidavits of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability releases, which must be returned within 14 days of notification or alternate winners may be chosen.
This sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, outside the US and where prohibited. Subject to all federal state and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. All entries become the property of sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.
