  1. Eligibility:  The Wynn Walk Down the Aisle In Style Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees of Wedding Channel, The Wynn Las Vegas, or other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.  The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 
  2. Sponsors:  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by WeddingChannel.com, Inc. 700 South Flower Street, Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90017 and The Wynn Las Vegas, 331 Las Vegas Boulevard S, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (the “Sponsors”).
  3. Agreement to Official Rules:  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  4. Entry Period:  The Sweepstakes begins on October 10, 2006 at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on January 2, 2007 at 11:59:59 P.M. PT (the “Entry Period”).  Entries submitted prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
  5. Entry:  Visit www.weddingchannel.com and follow the links to the Sweepstakes page.  Complete the online entry form and submit.  There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and e-mail address.  Subsequent entries will be void.  Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will also be void.
  6. Drawing:  On or about January 10, 2007, the Sponsors will select the names of the potential winners in a random drawing of all entries received.  The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.  The Sponsors will attempt to notify the potential winners within seven (7) days of the drawing. 
  7. Requirements of Potential Winners:  Except where prohibited, the potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified.  If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all entries received.  If a potential winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Affidavit/Release on the potential winner’s behalf.
  8. Prizes:  Two (2) prizes will be awarded to a single winner:
    The winner and a guest will receive the Wynn Las Vegas Prize – an Intimate Affair Ceremony including: A Wedding Consultant to assist in planning the winner’s event.  The Wedding Consultant will be available one hour prior to the event to escort the winner and guest to a private bridal dressing room; a private limousine will transport the winner and guest from the Las Vegas Airport to The Wynn Las Vegas.  The winner and guest will also receive private limousine transportation to the Clark County Courthouse for their marriage license, either upon arrival, or during business hours the next day.  At the Wynn Las Vegas the Wedding Salon and Foyer will be reserved for one hour of private use for the winner and guest and their guests.  Additionally included in the prize, for both the ceremony and the rehearsal, is a wedding officiant. Also included are an All Rose Hand Held bridal bouquet with a groom’s boutonneire to match, the Simplicity Photography Package with up to 100 image selections, complementary web hosting of images from photo session for thirty (30) days, and videographers using three cameras to video the event and one (1) DVD copy of the event provided in a customized leather jewel case.  The winner and guest may select their wedding music from the Wedding Salons’ song directory.  An aisle runner created for the Wynn Las Vegas will be available for use during the ceremony.  Two glasses of Nicolas Feuillatte Premier Cru Brut Champagne will be served to the winner and guest following the event and the winner and guest  will receive a personalized Certificate & Holder, along with a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte Cru Brut Champagne and a distinctive wedding gift that can be enjoyed by both the winner and guest.  Roundtrip  private transportation between The Wynn Las Vegas and the airport is available to the  winner and guest.  If the  winner and guest choose not to stay at The Wynn Las Vegas, the return trip to the airport will only be available at the conclusion of the event, directly from The Wynn Las Vegas.  If the  winner and guest are guests of The Wynn Las Vegas, the private transportation to the airport will be available at checkout.  All expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to airfare, lodging, income taxes, telephone calls, and other incidentals, are solely the winner’s responsibility.  Prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2007 and booked with at least sixty (60) days notice and is subject to availability and blackout dates.  Prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.  The winner’s guest may be required to sign a liability and publicity release.  Approximate Retail Value:  $3,990.
    The winner will additionally receive the Alfred Angelo Prize – a $1000 gift certificate towards any Alfred Angelo wedding dress.  The winner may go to any Alfred Angelo to redeem the gift certificate or have the dress shipped.  If the winner chooses to have the dress shipped the winner is responsible for all shipping costs.  All expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to shipping, alterations, or income taxes, are solely the winner’s responsibility.  Prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.  Approximate Retail Value:  $1,000.  Approximate Retail Value of both Prizes Combined: $4,990.
  9. General Conditions:  In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsors reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
  10. Release and Limitations of Liability:  By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, its related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.  Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.  Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  11. Disputes:  Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
  12. Official Rules and Sweepstakes Results:  To request a copy of the Official Rules or the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Wedding Channel.com 700 South Flower St.  Los Angeles, CA 90017.  Requests must be received by January 17, 2007.  Vermont residents may exclude return postage for Rules requests.
